About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Sales Manager to join our team at Regus. As a Community Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of your Regus centre, focusing on exceptional customer service and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the centre, ensuring a great working environment for customers and staff
- Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Promote your centre to new customers and showcase the benefits of flexible workspace
- Generate leads through engaging networking events and community activities
About You
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales and customer service, who is confident, approachable, and able to build strong relationships with customers. You will need to be an accomplished multitasker, able to pre-empt issues before they become problems, and keep a team motivated and focused on service excellence.
