Invisible Group Ltd. is a leading construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Development Manager to join our team in Hedge End, with the opportunity to relocate to a new office between Winchester and Petersfield soon.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and assisting our experienced Project Managers in overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with Project Managers
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to Project Managers
  • Coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, materials procurement, and subcontractor management
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
  • Analyse and troubleshoot construction issues and provide timely solutions
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement
  • Maintain project documentation and reports

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team
  • Excellent computer skills and a willingness to learn new programs and apps
  • Full driving Licence

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a positive work environment where your contributions are valued.
