We are seeking an experienced Commercial Development Specialist to join our team at Topps Tiles. As a Commercial Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth and exceeding performance targets by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve profitable sales growth and meet or exceed performance targets.
- Develop strategic business-to-business relationships with customers and prospects.
- Presentation skills to a high standard and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and the use of Microsoft Office software.
About You:
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Presentation skills to a high standard.
- Experience in Area Sales roles, preferably in B2B markets and within the A&D sector and/or tile industry.
