About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Development Specialist to join our team at Topps Tiles. As a Commercial Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth and exceeding performance targets by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve profitable sales growth and meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Develop strategic business-to-business relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Presentation skills to a high standard and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the use of Microsoft Office software.

About You:

  • Effective interpersonal communication skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Presentation skills to a high standard.
  • Experience in Area Sales roles, preferably in B2B markets and within the A&D sector and/or tile industry.
