Site Manager (Retail Fit-Out) Opportunity
MCG Construction is seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead an extensive retail fit-out project in Worksop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the refurbishment, upgrade, and remodel of a live trading area during out-of-hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver large-scale fit-out projects on time and within budget
- Collaborate with a site-based Project Lead to ensure project success
- Oversee Health & Safety on site, conducting daily inductions and toolbox talks
- Ensure the site operates efficiently, meeting program requirements
- Address on-site issues and implement solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager
- Previous experience in fit-out projects, preferably with a Main/Principle Contractor
- Strong communication skills for direct client interaction
- Hold relevant certifications, including CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, and SMSTS
