Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the office team, handle attendance management, respond to inquiries, and liaise with parents and external agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks: Assist the office team with day-to-day tasks, including attendance management, handling inquiries, and liaising with parents and external agencies.
- First Aid Services: Provide high-quality first aid care to students and staff, responding promptly and effectively to medical incidents.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incidents, including reports and first aid supplies inventory.
Requirements:
- First Aid Certification: Possess a current and valid first aid certification, preferably Paediatric First Aid.
- DBS Check: Hold an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: Earn a salary of approximately £26,000 - £31,000 per annum.
