We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at Recco's Head Office in North Kent. This standalone role will cover the full day-to-day inputting, processing, query handling and reconciliation of both weekly and monthly payroll for up to 320 employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting directly to the Finance Director, with support offered during times of leave. They will manage the daily running of payroll and HR administration of new employee contracts autonomously.
Working in a fast-paced environment can be demanding, but we are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and able to work independently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with management and colleagues regularly to ensure the smooth operation of our payroll service.
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £55,000 per annum, along with 25 days annual leave, free parking and a pension scheme. Our company is committed to providing a positive work environment that supports the growth and development of our employees.
