Job Description: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students. You will assist teachers with lesson planning, deliver tailored support to students, and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:

- Lesson Support: Assist teachers with preparing and delivering lessons, adapting materials to meet individual student needs">
- Student Engagement: Foster positive relationships with students, promoting engagement, motivation, and a love of learning">
- Behavior Support: Implement strategies to promote positive behavior, manage challenging behaviors, and create a calm and respectful learning environment">
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs">
Salary and Benefits: Salary range £25,000-£32,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, and opportunities for career advancement.
