BIM Manager

BAM Nuttall is seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join their Digital Projects Solution team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing information management and digital strategy on tenders and projects.

• Plan and manage the use of digital tools to capture, share, and use information to enhance project/contract delivery.
• Implement systems for the management, sharing, and storage of information, according to required security protocols, throughout the project/contract lifecycle, including archiving and disposal.
• Develop working relationships to support internal commercial, legal, and procurement functions to ensure that the supply chain achieves BAM's ISO 19650 protocol.
• Collaborate with DPS and IT resources for the setup, integration, testing, training, and support of digital systems, ensuring that data integrity is maintained.
• Prepare and provide reports, analysis, and forecasting as required.

• Able to provide leadership within a team environment.
• Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals.
• Developing management and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Developing experience in digital construction/facilities management and document management.
• Awareness of the design and construction industry and the tendering process.
• Ability to contribute to prequalification and tender submissions.
