About the RoleBAM Nuttall is seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join our Digital Projects Solution team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing information management and digital strategy on tenders and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the use of digital tools to capture, share, and use information to enhance project/contract delivery.
- Plan and manage the use of digital tools to capture, share, and use information to enhance project/contract delivery.
- Develop and implement systems for the management, sharing, and storage of information, according to required security protocols, throughout the project/contract lifecycle.
- Collaborate with DPS and IT resources for the setup, integration, testing, training, and support of digital systems.
- Prepare and provide reports, analysis, and forecasting as required.
- Higher Education in Construction or related fields.
- Experience working on construction projects/FM contracts with experience in digital solutions.
- Awareness of the design and construction industry and the tendering process.
- Ability to contribute to prequalification and tender submissions.
- Working knowledge of ISO 19650 series.
