Animal Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Bond Street Veterinary Clinic in Macclesfield. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities- Answering phone calls and booking appointments with clients
- Registering new clients and completing insurance forms
- Dispensing medications and taking payments from clients
- Providing a warm welcome to clients arriving at the practice
- Previous receptionist experience is essential, with veterinary experience being a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with clients
- Excellent customer service skills and experience dealing with members of the public
- Resilience in handling potentially distressing situations
- A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum
- A generous annual leave entitlement of 5 weeks plus Bank Holidays (pro rata)
