Academics Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Social Skills and Wellbeing Educator to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the social skills, emotional wellbeing and mental health of our students.

Our students face significant challenges in their lives, including anxiety, school refusal, developmental trauma and adverse childhood experiences, as well as specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia and dyscalculia. We are looking for someone with a degree in a related field or experience working with young people to join our team.

Your role will involve working closely with our experienced staff to develop and deliver educational programmes that meet the individual needs of our students. You will use de-escalation, positive reinforcement and restorative practice techniques to support our students' mental health and wellbeing.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of empathy and understanding. You will work closely with our psychologists and therapists to support our students' academic and personal progress.

We offer a competitive salary of £80-95 per day, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
