Are you a skilled Social Worker looking for a challenging and rewarding role in Adult Social Care? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Adoption Caseworker.
Key Responsibilities:- We are looking for someone who can manage a complex caseload and conduct thorough social care assessments, risk assessments, and facilitate group activities to support vulnerable children and young people with eating disorders.
- As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to ICR meetings and work closely with service users to develop plans for their future.
- You will also be responsible for reporting to the Safeguarding Lead and managing internal investigations, liaising with local authorities during admission and discharge processes.
- This role offers the opportunity to educate Hospital staff on safeguarding matters, complete annual social care reassessments in CPA format, and facilitate access to welfare rights, housing, advocacy services, and support services.
- You will participate in regular supervision and maintain registration with Social Work England.
- A competitive salary of £42,000 - £50,000 per annum, equivalent to 33 days annual leave plus your birthday off, free meals, and parking.
