Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Front Office operation, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, and promoting the hotel brand's loyalty scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in evaluating guest satisfaction and monitoring trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maximize room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
  • Ensure regular and VIP guests are recognized and that the Front Office department operates with a sales attitude.
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamwork.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager with setting departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel/leisure/retail industry.
  • High level of IT proficiency.
  • High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Accountable and resilient.
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations.
