About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership, supporting a Global Financial Services firm. This role involves managing UK and international payrolls, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage the UK in-house payroll process, including expatriate payroll.
  2. Support international outsourced payrolls, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Assist with payroll month and year-end reporting, ensuring smooth execution.
  4. Administer company benefits and pension schemes, maintaining their integrity.
  5. Ensure timely payments and reconciliations, maintaining accurate records.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including benefits, global mobility, and HR.
  7. Liaise with external providers, developing effective partnerships.
  8. Respond to team queries efficiently.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
  1. UK in-house payroll experience, preferably within a financial services environment.
  2. International payroll expertise, including French payroll.
  3. Familiarity with ADP iHCM and Workday systems is desirable.
  4. A solid understanding of the financial services industry and its regulations.
  5. A proactive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
