About the Role
Beer52 | B-Corp is seeking a talented and diligent Junior Designer to join its award-winning publishing team. Based in our central Edinburgh office, this role offers excellent opportunities for skills development, professional progression, and genuine creative expression.
Main Responsibilities:
- Designing and executing creative print layouts for our key monthly titles
- Supporting the team on a diverse range of design tasks, including editorial layouts and design projects
- Collaborating with senior designers and the editorial team in a fast-paced production environment
Requirements:
- Graduate degree or equivalent in design or a related subject
- Advanced use of Adobe Creative Suite products, primarily InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of the technical aspects of designing for print
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Professional experience in a print design environment
- Experience of working with freelance illustrators and other contractors
- An understanding of, and passion for, food and drink
- An interest in illustration or photography
