Lead Creative Designer

We are seeking a talented and passionate Lead Creative Designer to join our growing team at Stripe. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and execution of digital marketing campaigns for our diverse client base.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute compelling visual concepts for a wide range of digital marketing materials, including social media content, website graphics, email campaigns, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand client needs and translate them into creative solutions that align with their brand identity and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies in the digital landscape.
  • Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their growth and development.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual style across all marketing materials.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Creative Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in digital design.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling techniques.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
