Senior Wording Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage policy wordings across all lines of business, ensuring they're robust, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with underwriting officers to review and approve policy forms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and integrity.
- Work closely with underwriters to resolve wordings and documentation issues, ensuring seamless policy issuance and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with underwriters, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to inform policy wording decisions and ensure compliance.
- Proven experience in drafting underwriting policy wordings, with a strong understanding of Financial Lines Products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
