Senior Wordings Specialist

Aon's Global Broking Centre team is seeking a skilled Senior Wordings Specialist to play a key role in guiding and supporting our clients to meet their goals. As a Senior Wordings Specialist, you will work closely with our Global broking teams in London and be offered on a hybrid basis (a mix of office-based and remote working).
You will be responsible for ensuring that wordings are unambiguous and concise, taking ownership of rejected wordings, and working closely with brokers and clients to resolve technical issues until final agreement. You will also be involved in the servicing and development of our product portfolio by ensuring the facility wordings are in the optimum possible position.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of policy wordings within the Casualty environment.
- Work closely with brokers and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure wordings are unambiguous and concise.
- Take ownership of rejected wordings and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Contribute to the development of our product portfolio by ensuring facility wordings are in the optimum possible position.
- Strong experience and knowledge of wordings and technical requirements relating to London Market placements.
- Excellent industry networking skills and knowledge.
- Able to prioritise workload, lead projects, and complete tasks within timescales.
