Head of Architecture

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Architecture to join our team at MHR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our People First product.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide technical vision and leadership to our Architecture teams, ensuring that our solutions are secure, scalable, and meet the needs of our customers.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee the design and development of our People First product, ensuring that it meets the highest technical standards.
- Visionary Planning: Develop and communicate architectural roadmaps that align with our strategic business plans.
- System Integration: Design and oversee the implementation of end-to-end integrated systems that meet the needs of our customers.
- Mentorship: Mentor and direct the architecture team to support business and IT strategic planning.
- Innovation Partnership: Work with our CTO and Software Director to identify and implement new technologies and innovations that drive business growth.
- Governance: Develop and communicate product Architecture Governance processes that ensure compliance and document significant architectural decisions.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate architectural risks that could impact our business.
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual who has a proven track record of leading architecture teams and driving technical innovation. You will have a strong understanding of cloud technologies, including Azure, and experience in designing and evolving SaaS architecture.
You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. You will also have a strong understanding of commercial software development and experience in scaling software solutions.
