Senior Intelligence Instructor/Trainer

DarkStar Intelligence, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Intelligence Instructor/Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to support the USEUCOM J2 T&D directorate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage standardized plans of instruction, including individual lesson plans.
  • Oversee classroom and desk-side training, ensuring training aligns with USEUCOM J2 T&D goals.
  • Lead the development of training curricula, including courses in the USEUCOM J2 T&D catalog.
  • Manage the training systems, schedules, and course documentation using USEUCOM's LMS.
  • Evaluate and recommend new teaching methods and tools, maintaining cutting-edge training delivery.
  • Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and via technology platforms, within the USEUCOM Theater and beyond.
Requirements:
  • Active DoD TS/SCI CI Poly clearance
  • Master's Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in political science, strategic studies, history, cultural studies, or European studies
  • Extensive experience in intelligence training, curriculum development, and program management.
  • 7 (seven) years working within the specialized military, NATO, or intelligence community environment.
  • Proficiency in eLearning, VTC, and technology-based training platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills in supervising training staff.
  • Available to travel to all required locations within the USEUCOM Theater and to USEUCOM Joint Reserve Intelligence Support Element locations in CONUS, as needed.
