About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Morgan Ryder. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, maintaining direct contact with clients and managing their expectations.
  • Develop effective advertising campaigns with assistance from a Digital Marketing Executive.
  • Support clients across various manufacturing sectors, including Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, FMCG, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and more.
  • Build and maintain a network of candidates and industry expertise in specific disciplines.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of effective recruitment processes.
  • Experience in recruitment across diverse industries.
  • Eager to expand skill sets and achieve career growth.
  • Ability to manage activities independently with minimal supervision.
  • Results-Oriented: Strong work ethic with a focus on performance.
