Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide exemplary customer service, attending to the needs and preferences of our guests
  • Oversee table reservations, seating arrangements, and allocation of duties to waitstaff
  • Train and mentor new team members, ensuring adherence to service standards
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and coordinated service
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and tact
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and uphold the ambiance of the restaurant

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar supervisory role within a fine dining establishment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Knowledge of wine and fine dining etiquette is advantageous
