Job Summary:

Attribution Search is seeking a highly experienced Senior Treasury Lead to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading all treasury activities for our European Private Markets and Credit business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead all treasury activities for the EMEA region, including deal funding, cash management, and stakeholder management.
  • Assume ownership and development of treasury processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the deal team to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and investors.
  • Provide strategic guidance on treasury-related matters and contribute to the development of business strategies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a treasury function, preferably in the Private Equity or Credit space.
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex alternative asset fund structures and Private Credit or Equity deal funding.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with partners and deal teams.
  • Experience with payments and cash management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
