Clinical Team Manager Job Description:

This position is responsible for managing a team of clinicians and administrative staff to deliver high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of clinicians, coordinators, and administrative staff
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Ensure patient care quality and efficiency
  • Mentor and train clinicians on best practices
  • Oversight of patient referrals and insurance claims

Requirements:

  • 5 years of leadership experience
  • 2 years of home health, PACE program, hospice, skilled nursing, or geriatrics experience
  • Licenses: Unencumbered RN License in the state of MA
  • Education/Degrees: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program, ADN Required, BSN Preferred

Salary: $120,000 to $150,000 per year
