Demand Planner

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our team at Butler Rose. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate forecasts, liaising with commercial and retail partners, and managing capacity to ensure seamless production planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain demand forecasts, incorporating promotional activity and sales updates
- Collaborate with commercial and retail partners to discuss demand, processes, and improvement opportunities
- Compile and communicate short and long-term capacity plans
- Balance capacity to meet production demands
- Coordinate and evaluate promotional and new product development initiatives
- Proven experience in demand planning, planning, or scheduling
- Knowledge of constraint planning and scheduling principles
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
