Demand Planner

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our team at Butler Rose. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate forecasts, liaising with commercial and retail teams, and managing capacity to support production planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile and analyze sales data, promotional activity, and market trends to create accurate forecasts
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and retail teams to ensure alignment on demand and promotional plans
- Manage capacity and coordinate with production planning teams to ensure efficient production
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency
- Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
