About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Minerva, a leading charity providing innovative rehabilitation and ongoing support to individuals with acquired brain injuries and other neurological conditions.

As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring the effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of high standards of holistic care for an identified group of service users.

You will be responsible for ensuring effective performance management of all clinical staff in line with company policies and procedures for recruitment, induction, development, supervision, appraisal, and discipline.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in specialist palliative or neurological care, with proven skills in leading, building, and influencing in a clinical setting.

You will be able to effectively manage change and manage performance, with a strong ability to provide teaching and mentorship in a clinical setting.

We offer a competitive salary of £18.81-£21.31 per hour, 35 days' holiday including bank holidays, pension contributions, and a range of other benefits.
