We are seeking a skilled Spray Operator to join our team at a leading soft fruit grower and packer. As a key member of our crop care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the growth of high-quality plants through crop walking, mixing, and applying pesticides, as well as maintaining crop spray schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Crop walking and monitoring to identify potential issues
- Mixing and applying pesticides to maintain crop health
- Maintaining accurate records of crop spray schedules
- Managing farm machinery to ensure efficient operations
We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of horticulture and agriculture, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. PA1 and PA6 qualifications are desirable, but training is available for the right candidate.
