We are looking for a highly skilled Controller for Group Entities to join our finance team in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and compliant financial reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of successfully managing a team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts for non-operational Group entities, resolving queries related to the consolidation of monthly management accounts and forecasts, and preparing annual statutory accounts.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Collaborate with the operational team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Prepare annual statutory accounts for group entities, including acquisition accounting and fair value adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ICAEW or ACCA) with a strong understanding of UK GAAP/IFRS accounting standards.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
