About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the engineering team at DFS Furniture Ltd as a key member responsible for maintaining the manufacturing sites and ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.
What You'll Do:
You will be responsible for carrying out proactive maintenance to maximise productivity and reduce downtime, improving machine efficiency and ensuring safe working conditions. You will also provide support and training to the engineering team and report to the Engineering Manager.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of maintenance and production processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
