Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced electrical installation professional to join our team as a Trainer and Coach. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and coaching to 30 apprentices, guiding them through their electrical installation qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and coaching to apprentices, focusing on their individual needs and progress
  • Mentor and assess apprentices, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in electrical installation, with a strong understanding of the sector
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality training and coaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £37,000 per annum, plus 28% pension contribution
