We are seeking an experienced Medical Secretary to provide essential secretarial and administrative support to a team of consultants at our Winchester office.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with patients, consultants, health professionals, and colleagues, building strong professional relationships.
- Work closely with other medical providers across different locations.
- Organise patient lists, book appointments, and provide quotes to new patients.
- Prepare correspondence and reports that require knowledge of medical terminology.
- Answer phone calls and manage a variety of queries with efficiency and care.
- Offer full administrative and secretarial support to a team of consultants and health professionals.
- Support with general accounts and credit control.
- A strong understanding of medical terminology.
- Excellent organisational and secretarial skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
