We are seeking a skilled Business Support Administrator to provide administrative support to our Adult Social Care directorate management team in a part-time, permanent role with a hybrid working pattern.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to contribute to our Business Support Team.

  • Organise and maintain secure business processes related to complaints, compliments Member and MP Enquiries and Freedom of Information requests.
  • Provide business support and administration to the Assistant Directors in Adult Social Care.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, organise meetings, prepare meeting documents, and take minutes. Update action logs and ensure documents are accessible on the RBWM website.

This role requires a good understanding of IT, including MS Office, Word, Excel, and spreadsheets. The successful candidate will receive a generous Local Government Pension scheme, including life cover, and an Additional Voluntary Contribution scheme.
