Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Test Centre Administrator to join our team in Hereford. This is a temporary position for 6 months, requiring flexibility to work a minimum of hours per week, including some Saturday mornings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting candidates taking exams at our test centre, ensuring a secure and efficient testing process. The salary for this role is £12-15 per hour, paid monthly.

Your Responsibilities

As a Test Centre Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcome and greet candidates, checking their personal identification documents and explaining the exam process.
  • Comply with exam security procedures and company policies.
  • Proctor candidates during exams, ensuring a secure and distraction-free environment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments, such as IT.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and organized test centre.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
