Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Scrub Nurse

We are proud to partner with a world leader in specialist eye care to offer an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Scrub Nurse to join our team at a state-of-the-art Eye Hospital in Brighton.

About the Role

As a key member of our client's team, you will participate in all aspects of the Ophthalmic Surgical pathway, providing outstanding care to patients. You will offer skilled clinical and technical assistance as part of the operating theatre team, contributing to peri-operative and post-operative care in the surgical and refractive suite.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in all aspects of the Ophthalmic Surgical pathway, providing outstanding care to patients.
  • Offer skilled clinical and technical assistance as part of the operating theatre team, contributing to peri-operative and post-operative care in the surgical and refractive suite.
  • Assist with minor operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.
Requirements
  • A Registered General Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with current NMC/ODP registration without restrictions.
  • Someone with a qualification in Ophthalmology or Perioperative care and previous experience in Ophthalmology Theatre.
  • A professional passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and interested in continuous learning and development.
