Join Our Team as a Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Dunelm in Wellingborough. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and supporting our sales team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and promoting products.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work a minimum of 12 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a till.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
