Join Our Team as a Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Dunelm in Wellingborough. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity, requiring a minimum of 12 hours per week. You will need to be fully flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work for a leading home furnishings retailer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers leave the store with a positive impression and a desire to return.
  • Assist customers with product queries, returns, and exchanges.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising and maintenance of the store.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
