Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting and Communications Manager to join our team at Pay Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing critical reporting and communications support to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks to support business decision-making.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to inform business strategies.
    • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communications and Stakeholder Management
    • Design and implement effective communication plans to engage stakeholders and promote business objectives.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and external partners.
    • Provide strategic counsel to business leaders on communication and stakeholder management.
  • Business Intelligence and Insights
    • Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Collaborate with data analysts to develop and implement data visualization strategies.
    • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Project Management
    • Lead and manage projects to develop and implement reporting and communication solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Develop and manage project budgets and timelines.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting and communications, with a focus on business intelligence and stakeholder management.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead and manage projects to successful delivery.
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business strategies and objectives.
