Packaging Technologist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Technologist to join our team at Pineapple. As a Packaging Technologist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cost-effective and sustainable packaging solutions for our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new packaging solutions that meet our quality and sustainability standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets project requirements.
  • Research and source new packaging materials and technologies.
  • Design and implement packaging trials to test performance and durability.
  • Optimize packaging processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Formal education in Packaging Engineering, Packaging Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends.
  • Excellent administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
