At National Highways Limited, we're seeking a talented Construction Project Management Graduate to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our strategic road network.

As a graduate construction project manager, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of infrastructure projects, mixing study with real-life work and gaining valuable experience in project delivery, planning, and management.

You'll be guided and mentored by expert industry professionals, exploring the full lifecycle of project delivery and developing your skills and knowledge on the job.

Our graduate programme is designed to help you become a full professional member of the Association for Project Management (APM), with a programme of apprenticeship learning tailored to your developing project management career.

We're looking for individuals with excellent co-ordination skills, the ability to communicate in different formats with a variety of stakeholders, and a focus on quality and integrity in everything they do.

Essential qualifications include any undergraduate degree at 2:2 or above in any subject, and a minimum of a Grade C / Grade 4 in Mathematics AND English Language at GCSE or be willing to take it alongside the level 4 Apprentice Programme provided as part of the scheme.

Assessment centres will take place in January and February, and all offers are subject to satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks, including Right to Work, reference, and DBS criminal record checks.
