Acquired Brain Injury Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Acquired Brain Injury Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. As a specialist in the field of acquired brain injury, you will be responsible for leading our residential home and providing high-quality care and support to individuals with acquired brain injuries.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional person-centred care
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' care needs and develop comprehensive care plans
- Monitor the quality of care provided and implement improvements as needed
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 or Diploma in Health and Social Care Management or working towards
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a mental health care setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing mental health care
- A compassionate and person-centred approach to care
The Salary: up to £45,000 per annum
