Job Overview

The Greater Manchester Resilience Hub is a pioneering service that provides all-age, family-focused, psychosocial, and trauma-responsive care. As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will be part of a unique team that responds to major incidents and provides specialist training on trauma-related issues.

This is a fixed-term contract or secondment until the end of March 2024, with the possibility of extension. You will have the opportunity to work within a supportive team and make a key contribution to an innovative service that is leading the way nationally.

Main Duties of the Job

As a senior clinician, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in trauma-responsive care. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement trauma-responsive approaches and provide consultation to partner organizations.

You will also be responsible for providing support and supervision to the team, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality care. This will involve regular face-to-face and online team meetings, individual supervisions, and line management.
