Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Compliance and Sustainability Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in compliance and sustainability, with excellent communication and organizational skills. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our suppliers meet the required standards, while also contributing to our company's sustainability goals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier relationships and communicate effectively
- Gather and maintain accurate data on suppliers and internal systems
- Monitor and report due diligence activities and sustainability metrics
- Contribute to the development of sustainability initiatives

Requirements:
- Relevant degree in a related field (e.g. Food Science, Environmental Science)
- Strong understanding of compliance and sustainability principles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI
