Organisation Development Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisation Development Consultant to join our team at Candidate Source Ltd. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in driving organisational development strategies to enhance overall effectiveness and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencing and Driving Change: Influence and drive the design, implementation, and evaluation of organisational development strategies to enhance overall effectiveness and performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage complex conversations and engage with stakeholders at all levels to present, motivate, and influence change.
  • Culture and Capability: Collaborate with Design Consultants to align structures, systems, processes, and culture for an optimal employee experience.
  • Expert Advice: Build organisational capability through expert advice and solutions that address challenges and support the delivery of the OD strategy.
  • OD Interventions: Identify, design, and deliver OD interventions, including change management processes and leadership development programs.
  • Diagnostics and Analysis: Conduct diagnostics to analyze needs and inform the development of tailored OD solutions.
  • Partnerships and Integration: Partner with People & OD teams to integrate OD practices into various agendas, including leadership, wellbeing, and diversity.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate the impact of OD initiatives using key performance indicators, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional Membership: Professional membership of CIPD at Chartered level or working towards it.
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience managing complex culture, behavioural, or systems issues using the consultancy model.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of leading-edge OD and change theories, with practical experience in a complex environment.
  • Communication and Influencing: Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of articulating messages to diverse audiences.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, linking initiatives to strategic priorities.
  • Technology: Proficient in current business technology.
