Technical Business Analyst Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst Graduate to join our team at WeAreAspire Ltd. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through our powerful and highly configurable platform, helping them maximise its potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work within a specialised team focusing on core system development, web solutions, or product implementations
  • Design and implement tailored software solutions to meet client needs
  • Translate client requirements into clear, detailed specifications
  • Manage intricate software builds to ensure they align with client expectations
  • Continuously monitor and improve various aspects of the system
  • Support the sales team by contributing to proposals and presenting technical solutions to clients
Requirements:
  • Degree from a TOP 20 UK University
  • Academic Excellence: A 2:1 or higher in a STEM subject, with strong A-levels (or equivalent), ideally including an A in Maths
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Enjoys tackling problems with a logical and practical mindset
  • Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Quick Learner: Eager to take on new challenges and acquire new skills quickly
  • Team Player: Works well with others and communicates effectively
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in tools like Word, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts
  • Client-Focused: For certain roles, strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships are key
