Learning Mentor for Neurodiverse Pupils

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Mentor to join our team at Remedy Education. In this role, you will work closely with high-risk and complex neurodiverse pupils in various settings, including community hubs, training centres, or libraries, providing them with a tailored and holistic education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each pupil
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Collaborate with educationalists, therapists, social workers, and experts in nurturing and therapeutic education to provide comprehensive support

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year's experience working directly with high-risk and complex pupils in a recognized setting. Substantial experience supporting neurodiverse children with ASC and/or SEMH is also essential.

**Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
