Senior Counselling Psychologist Opportunity

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking a Senior Counselling Psychologist to join its Early Intervention Psychosis Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled psychologist to contribute to the development of psychologically informed EIP services.
About the TeamThe EIP Team is a multi-professional unit that covers the whole of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. The team works closely with service users, their families, and carers to provide comprehensive care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidenced-based psychological interventions for psychosis
- Provide supervision and training to junior staff members
- Contribute to service development and evaluation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per year based on experience and qualifications
Desirable Qualifications and Skills- Specific training in evidence-based interventions for psychosis
- Cognitive therapy for psychosis
- Experience of working with vulnerable populations
