We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Management Systems Consultant to join our team at The Citation Group. The ideal candidate will have a positive outlook, a 'can-do' attitude, and a proven track record of conducting audits and delivering high-quality consultancy services.
As a Management Systems Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting onsite and remote consultancy for client management systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO Standards. You will also conduct audits of client management systems against the requirements of the corresponding ISO Standards and deliver Internal Audit Training to clients.
You will be a key representative of The Citation Group and will be expected to promote our products and services to clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
We offer a competitive OTE earnings package of £55,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including pension, health plan, and generous referral opportunities.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, have excellent client liaison and negotiation skills, and be able to work autonomously with great time management and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting onsite and remote consultancy for client management systems
- Conducting audits of client management systems against ISO Standards
- Delivering Internal Audit Training to clients
- Promoting products and services from The Citation Group
Requirements:
- Proven experience of conducting audits and delivering consultancy services
- Excellent client liaison and negotiation skills
- High levels of computer literacy
- Ability to work autonomously with great time management and organisational skills
