Senior Sales Manager Luxury Cosmetics

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading luxury cosmetics business undergoing a period of transformation.
This exciting new role will see you working closely with the MD and founder to drive sales through the company's direct-to-consumer channel, as well as in partnership with specialist retailers such as John Lewis, Selfridges, and THG.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the skincare sector, with a passion for working in an entrepreneurial environment and identifying opportunities for growth. Knowledge of sales in the Far East is also highly desirable.
This is a head office-based role, so sales experience in-store is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new partners and territories for potential success
- Negotiate and secure partnerships with premium retailers
- Provide detailed sales forecasts and set performance goals and KPIs
- Develop a comprehensive key account roadmap aligned with the company's overall strategy and growth plans
- Establish strong relationships and strategic partnerships with key customers
- Attend industry events to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners
- Foster strong internal relationships with the team to drive brand and category performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cosmetics/skincare sales management
- Knowledge of luxury brand partnerships
- Business development and account management experience
- Ability to work in London 5 days per week and travel to events as required
