Business Development Manager for Luxury Cosmetics

This luxury cosmetics and beauty brand is seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee lead generation and develop new relationships with retailers, influencers, and beauty brands. The ideal candidate will be tenacious, ambitious, hard working, and dedicated, with at least 1-2 years sales experience.
The role is based in a small, friendly team and offers huge scope for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales online and in retail outlets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, influencers, and beauty brands
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years sales experience
- Tenacious, ambitious, hard working, and dedicated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
